Are sessions online or in person?

All 1:1 sessions are held online via Zoom so you can heal from the comfort of your own space.

What happens in a session?

We combine talk therapy and breathwork to unpack what’s heavy, then release it through the body.

What can I expect to feel during breathwork?

Everyone’s experience is different, and your body will guide what needs to happen. Some people feel a deep calm and emotional release, while others experience waves of energy, warmth, tingling, or subtle movement in the body.

You may cry, laugh, or feel emotions surface that you haven’t accessed in a long time. This is normal — it’s simply your body letting go of stored energy and stress. The breath helps clear emotional blocks that talking alone can’t reach.

What physical sensations might I experience?

As your breathing deepens, it’s common to notice tingling, temperature changes, or light vibrations in the hands, arms, or legs. Some people experience tetany — temporary muscle tightening or “clawing” in the hands and mouth — caused by changes in oxygen and carbon dioxide levels. It’s completely harmless and passes quickly as your breathing returns to normal.

You might also feel energy moving through your body, spontaneous body movements, or a sense of expansion or lightness. These sensations are signs that your nervous system and energy are recalibrating.

What emotional experiences might come up?

Breathwork can surface emotions you’ve stored for years — sadness, anger, joy, grief, or relief. It’s not unusual to cry or feel waves of emotion moving through you. Every release is your body completing something it never had the chance to before.

You’ll always be guided and supported through whatever comes up. Nothing is forced; everything unfolds safely, at your pace.

What happens after the session?

After breathwork, many people describe feeling peaceful, clear, or deeply relaxed. Others feel more emotionally open, reflective, or tired as their system continues to integrate. Gentle movement, water, rest, and journaling can help your body and mind settle.

You’ll also have access to private voice/text support after your session — so you can share reflections, ask questions, and feel supported as you process what came up.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

What is the Conscious Breath Circle?

It’s an invite-only online space for continued growth once you’ve completed 1:1 sessions. The Circle offers group breathwork, emotional release tools, and community support to help you stay grounded and connected.

How do I join The Conscious Breath Circle?

You can request an invite after completing your 1:1 sessions. Membership is $250 per month and runs on an ongoing monthly basis, with new circles starting at the beginning of each month.

How do I secure my place at a retreat?

All retreats are by application only to ensure the right energetic fit. Once accepted, you’ll receive full details, payment options, and travel guidance.

Do you offer payment plans for retreats?

Yes, flexible payment options are available. Details will be shared once your application is approved.

What should I bring to my online sessions?

Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, a comfortable place to lie down, headphones (optional), journal and water nearby.

Is this a replacement for traditional therapy?

This approach complements traditional therapy but often helps people feel results faster because it works with both the mind and the body. While talk therapy focuses on understanding, this process helps you release what words can’t reach — so change happens at a deeper level.

How quickly will I notice results?

Most people feel lighter, calmer, or more connected after their first session. For lasting transformation, continued sessions or integration through the Circle are recommended.
